ALPANI Project - Lima, Peru
ALPANI (Latin American Alliance for Children Nutrition) is a non-profit organisation that assists children at risk of chronic malnutrition in Lima, Peru. ALPANI's founder, Gabriela Araya, has developed a strong network that educates and empowers women and community leaders in the outskirts of Lima, allowing them to concentrate efforts towards alleviating chronic malnutrition.
Gabriela is an inspirational woman and a great friend. The support we provide assists in maximising the positive impact her organisations is having on health and education in the Peruvian capital.
For 8 years, and with little support from government, Gabriela has remained determined to achieve great results for ALPANI. The organisation relies on the commitment of individual donors and companies to support its social impact.
